THE CHALLENGE
Metro by T-Mobile provides wireless voice and data services to over 83 million people. Even though they were retargeting known visitors to their website, they didn’t know much about their anonymous visitors or how to retarget them. They asked Claritas to help them identify and understand their anonymous website visitors and retarget the ones who were most likely to convert.
HOW WE DID IT
Metro added a Claritas pixel to their website to track and monitor visitors. Using data from the pixel, the Claritas Identity Graph was able to resolve anonymous visitors with their IP address, physical address, email address, devices used, media consumed and demographic data such as age and income. This allowed Metro to append missing information to their CRM files and build look-alike audiences that they could retarget effectively.
