THE CHALLENGE

A global health and nutrition brand aimed to increase awareness and enhance brand impression for its effervescent vitamin and mineral supplements. The campaign targeted adults aged 18–54, with the goal of driving traffic to a product landing page linking to key retail partners. While digital display ads were already in use, the brand wanted to understand whether AI-driven creative optimization could improve performance, particularly across a broad audience that included both supplement users and non-users.

SOLUTION

Claritas partnered with MMA Global and the health and nutrition brand’s agency on a nearly two-month digital display campaign, using our AI Optimization solution (AIO) to improve creative performance in real time. We deployed four creative themes, organized by size and format. Throughout the campaign, the AI continuously evaluated results and made automatic adjustments to drive better outcomes.​

When performance declined midway through the campaign, the AI responded. It paused underperforming assets, adjusted KPI priorities, and shifted to product-focused imagery, which consistently delivered stronger results than lifestyle visuals. Claritas AIO also found that creatives with positive, benefit-led messaging were more effective, helping to guide further improvements.
