Omaha Steaks is a well-known American company specializing in premium beef and gourmet food products. They approached MMA Global and Claritas to enhance the effectiveness of their Father’s Day marketing campaign. Omaha Steaks aimed to leverage Claritas’ AI solutions and tools, including AI Personalization and AI Broadcast Attribution.

Solution

Claritas launched the campaign with Omaha Steaks by implementing AI Personalization (AIP), which tailors marketing content to individual customer needs and interests through the analysis of extensive data. This approach creates dynamic customer journeys, optimizes campaign performance in real-time, and boosts customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering relevant and timely messages. AIP proved successful as the ads generated nearly 10k clicks to the Omaha Steaks website. In combination with AIP, AI Broadcast Attribution was used to determine which tactics within broadcast media, such as satellite radio or television, are contributing to sales or conversions by providing precise measurement and advanced analytics for a comprehensive view of campaign efficacy.
