Amplified Digital Agency Locates Shoppers For A Furniture Store Client
The Insights team at Amplified Digital, LLC, a full-service digital agency under Lee Enterprises that focuses on strategic marketing, creative services, planning, and consulting, has been a Claritas 360 platform user for several years. The team leverages the Claritas 360 data and insights to tackle the every day challenge of assisting clients in understanding their current and future customers.
HOW WE DID IT
Amplified had a nationwide furniture client with numerous brands under them who wanted to better understand their current shoppers’ demographics. That way they could tailor their advertising messaging to better suit their lifestyle and attract new shoppers. They also wanted to know more about brand sentiment. In addition, they hoped to find additional opportunities for brick-and-mortar expansion in their retail trade zone (RTZ).
To find answers, the Amplified Insights team viewed analysis areas in Claritas 360 that matched where their furniture client was located. They also mapped out areas where they were considering expansion. Then, they overlaid Claritas PRIZM® Premier segmentation by Lifestage to personify who lived in those RTZs. Taking the data, they pulled from Claritas 360 and creating audiences of furniture shopper contenders, the Amplified team recommended who their client should target with its advertising. Furthermore, they provided customized messaging based on psychographic data to help increase brand loyalty.
